25-40 Photos for most listings.

How should I prepare for Photos

We have a page on the website dedicated to preparing your home or listing for our sessions. Click Preparation tips in the top menu of this page.

How long will it take to photograph my property

It usually depends on the size of the property, and the overall scope of the project.

Generally, plan for the photography session to take around 1 hour, drone usually takes about 15 minutes and video can be about 1 hour as well.

How Much Notice Do You Need to Schedule My Photoshoot?

A 2-3 day notice would be ideal in order to get your preferred date and time, but just contact us to see about availability.

How Long Will It Take to Receive the Photos or Videos?

Expect to receive photos by the next business day before 5pm.

Videos take up to 2 business days before 5pm.

What time of the day is best for photos

Depending on the direction your property is faced, these are the suggested times to shoot:
East-facing houses: Early to mid-morning.

West-facing houses: Afternoon.
North-facing houses: Between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

South-facing houses: Early morning or late afternoon.
